We created Intecsol to offer sustainable options for developing student and faculty outcomes at the core, more so in the Industry readiness for the Engineering trades and, for developing the necessary practical foundation required for future Research-mindset scholars.
We observed that the rate of technology-driven disruption in the industry, and hence the makeup of graduate engineers required now was far outpacing the rate at which the academic system in India was changing. That creates a steep gap, only bound to deepen, and this gap was growing very quickly. Therefore, creating an organisation to focus in solving this issue became a priority.
